He has worked on and managed projects for various development sector organizations in the areas of youth development, Human rights, and SDGs. Over the years, Zaman has also acquired significant policy experience by working directly with the government and reporting for diplomatic news Magazines.

Aleena has demonstrated her proficiency in conducting insightful research and delivering compelling arguments.
