News: Call for Release of Yasin Malik , India Should be Sanctioned: MAPIM
We condemn the India BJP fascist regime turning the nation into a state terrorist.
We express our full support on the demand for the release of the Kashmir Hurriyat leader , Yasin Malik .
His incarceration is unjustified , inflicted on him because of his firm conviction of his political cause to free Kashmir.
It is a paramount that all international agencies to pressure India through political and trade sanction to submit India to revoke its draconian laws used to incarcerate and torture Kashmir political dissenters.
We recognize that what has been executed by India is to terrorise Jammu and Kashmir by its barbaric measures. The people of Jammu and Kashmir are being subjugated to rules of oppression by New Delhi.
The more than 70 years of an Illegal occupation has rendered Jammu and Kashmir under sieged. Civil liberty and human dignity have bern trempled with impunity.
We hail the Islamabad High Court Bar Association for holding an event to raise their voice against the unjust and inhuman treatment meted out to Yasin Malik.
Yasin Malik is being victimised before the world for standing up against the Indian brutality and denying the Kashmir people of their rights for self determination and liberation.
We are very concern of the condition of Yassin Malik as he is now kept in the death cell in isolation. The Indian jail is notorious for its police pfficers torturing jailed prisoners to death.
We urge that the case of Yasin Malik to be taken to the International Court of Justice and to the UN, EU and OIC forums.
We demand that his case be heard in view of a concocted allegation to silence him from voicing his stance against the Indian occupation force.
Denying him from getting a proper medical treatment despite his fast deteriorating health condition is in contradiction with the international law.
The world cannot turn away from the plight of the Kashmiris as it would be a hipocracy to voice on human rights while leaving Kashmiris to face the horrendous violation against human liberty by the India Illegal Occupation.
Kashmir is a textbook of genocide and human atrocities by the Indian occupation force to bring down a population to their knees.
We will stand in solidarity with the victims and freedom fighters of Kashmir to challenge the injustice of the India occupation.
