Seminar on the UNCIP Resolution on Kashmir: A Tale of 74 Years of Continuous Struggle

eshawar: On January 5, 2024, the Youth Forum for Kashmir (YFK) organized a Seminar with the collaboration of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University on the topic “UNCIP Resolution on Kashmir: A Tale of 74 Years Continuous Struggle.” The seminar reaffirmed the UNCIP Resolution’s enduring importance as a roadmap for a peaceful resolution to the Kashmir conflict based on the right of self-determination, where speakers talked about the importance of 05 Jan Resolution on Kashmir and the current situation in Kashmir. The Speakers emphasized the implantation of a UN resolution on Kashmir and appealed to the global community to hear the voices coming from the occupied valley. Speakers include Ms. Asiya Khan- Former Minister for Women Empowerment KPK, Mr. Imtaiz Wani APHC, Dr. Sumaira Gul, Abid Abbasi President RIUJ, Dr Hussain Shaheed Suharwardi and Mr. Zaman Bajwa, Executive Director, YFK. This seminar was attended by 200 students and faculty members of Shaheed Benazir Bhutto Women University Peshawar
