News: India trampling every right of IIOJK people
The Modi-led fascist Indian regime has usurped all basic rights, including right to life, of the people of Indian illegally occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK), making it a living hell for its residents.
A report released by Kashmir Media Service, today, said world’s so-called largest democracy is violating global laws and agreements by depriving the Kashmiris of all basic rights. It asked how India can claim to be a democratic republic when it is denying Kashmiris their basic rights.
The report pointed out that the 5th August 2019 illegal actions of the Modi regime have further exposed its disregard for democratic norms in the occupied territory. It lamented that India had been using brute force against the innocent Kashmiris to crush their democratic rights and added that India’s denial of the Kashmiris’ basic right to self-determination is a violation of the United Nations Charter.
The report maintained that the world cannot remain silent when Kashmiris are being deprived of their basic rights and must raise its voice for the oppressed people of IIOJK. Helping Kashmiris in getting their rights including their right to self-determination is duty of every conscientious person, it said
The report said India must be punished for trampling every right of the Kashmiri people, emphasizing Modi must know that his illegal actions in IIOJK would not change the ground situation as the Kashmiris are determined to continue their struggle for their birthright to self-determination.
